We are seeking a creative leader to head our advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to guide a diverse team of creatives.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to Associate Creative Directors and Senior Creatives, ensuring ultimate accountability for the work.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of each team member's strengths, weaknesses, and contributions.
  • Maintain an open-minded approach, embracing new ideas from subordinates.
  • Manage challenging accounts with ease.
  • Set high standards and achievable goals.
  • Evaluate business, client, and employee matters with sound judgment.
  • Exercise maturity and discretion when interacting with clients.
  • Prioritize fiscal responsibility and treat client funds with care.
  • Deliver work that is strategic, executed with flair, and meets quality expectations.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation within the creative department.
  • Keep the Chief Creative Officer informed about campaign developments and issues.
  • Meet deadlines, stay within budget, and maintain required standards.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with Account Management, Planning, and Traffic teams.
  • Articulate creative ideas confidently to both the team and clients.
  • Understand and appreciate brand value, approaching activities within a 360-degree brand stewardship framework.
  • Generate innovative, original ideas and push creative boundaries.
  • Develop a basic knowledge of creative formats and align copy with art direction.
The Team

You will be part of a dynamic team led by the Chief Creative Officer, with quality control and deputizing responsibilities.

  • Nurture strong relationships with departments and demonstrate meticulous art direction.
Talent Management & Internal Relationships
  • Build relationships with relevant departments and discuss client requirements.
  • Project an innovative image for the Creative Department.
Commercial Management
  • Contribute to financial management, profitability, and revenue optimization.
  • Monitor billing procedures and alert management to any issues.
Creative Management
  • Develop imaginative advertisements based on client briefs.
  • Pursue creative innovation and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Translate strategic concepts into creative executions, ensuring quality and timeliness.
