Strategic Planning & Operations Manager
Oman Investment Authority seeks an experienced Strategic Planning & Operations Manager to oversee the development and implementation of its strategic plans and operations. This role will involve collaborating with senior management to drive strategy implementation across the company and ensuring the company's growth is well-structured and planned.

Main Duties:
• Collaborate with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams to develop long-term strategic goals
• Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and operations through Balanced Scorecard, KPIs, and various reporting and analysis tools
• Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
• Manage the annual planning process including planning, process, methodology, templates, presentations, coordination, and partnering with senior management

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/MS/MBA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related qualifications; and preferably holding a Master of Business Administration Degree or a Master's Degree in Strategic Management, Strategic Planning, or another field providing a strong foundation for the successful performance of the duties in this job description.
