Key Sales Position

We are seeking highly motivated Sales professionals who deliver exceptional customer service and creative solutions to our guests.

  1. Covering key accounts with exceptional sales skills.
  2. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets.
  3. Negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with properties.
  4. Providing valuable insights on changing market conditions and competitor trends.
  5. Maintaining detailed records of major accounts and assisting Superiors in managing the accounts system.
  6. Ensuring effective selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing up-selling opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Ensure comprehensive coverage of client accounts, including all levels of account managerial and departmental executives.
  • Sales Performance: Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business in connection with properties.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition.
  • Account Maintenance: Establish and maintain detailed records of major accounts and assist Superiors in maintaining the accounts management system.
  • Sales Strategies: Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in governmental sales and hospitality background.
  • Local experience and proficiency in Arabic language preferred.
