Sales Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Manager. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, customer relationship management expertise, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile phone sales market in Oman and be able to develop and execute effective promotional plans to drive sales through key account channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective promotional plans
  2. Lead Key Account Teams: Build and manage core stores and sales locations, supervise key account representatives and sales promoters
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth
  4. Sales Reporting: Submit regular sales reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 5 years of mobile phone sales experience in Oman
  • At least 3 years of key account sales experience
  • Rich experience in customer relationship management, channel sales, sales promoter management, promotional activities, and sales location construction
