Job Title: Human Resources and Administrative Professional

Job Description:

This position plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day front office activities, including travel arrangements, medical insurance, and business support contracts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Execute routine administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
  • HR Support:
    • Provide assistance to the HR department in improving processes and operations.
  • Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare regular reports and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Travel and Logistics:
    • Manage travel arrangements, visa processing, and accommodation logistics for staff and visitors.
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Contract Management:
    • Oversee administrative contracts and ensure compliance with supply chain policies.
  • Insurance and Benefits:
    • Ensure timely issuance of medical and insurance cards for staff and their dependents.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Innovation:
    • Develop and implement creative solutions to improve processes and services.
  • Accountability:
    • Demonstrate ownership of tasks and responsibilities, ensuring successful achievement of business objectives.
  • Results-Oriented Performance:
    • Consistently exceed targets by improving service delivery and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree: Degree in HR/ Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a specialized role.
  • Language: Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English is required.
  • Qualification: HR Professional Qualification/CIPD Level 3.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
