Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process, including employment contracts, system setups, induction sessions, and documentation collection.
  2. Employee Offboarding: Manage employee separation processes, including clearance, final settlements, and offboarding documentation.
  3. Payroll Coordination: Support monthly payroll processing by gathering and verifying attendance data, overtime, deductions, and ensuring accurate reporting to the finance team.
  4. Employee Records: Maintain and update personnel files and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  6. Reporting: Prepare monthly HR Operations Metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR operations role.
  • Certification in HR is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations processes, local labor laws, and immigration procedures.
  • Experience with payroll processes and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent).
