Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process customer invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Implement and comply with our credit control policy.
  • Maximise cash collection through effective debt recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate record-keeping and data management.
  • Invoice processing and payment administration.
  • Query resolution and dispute management.
  • Credit control and debt recovery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a passion for finance and numbers. You will be working closely with our finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.
