About the Job

Tivoli Muscat Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team during the pre-opening phase.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing a positive workplace culture, ensuring the hotel's workforce is aligned with Tivoli's values and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead and manage the recruitment process to ensure that Tivoli Muscat attracts, selects, and hires top talent for all hotel departments.
  • Onboarding: Design and implement an effective onboarding program that introduces new hires to the Tivoli culture, brand standards, and operational expectations.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for the opening and are aligned with Tivoli's service standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting Tivoli's core values and engaging in proactive communication with employees.
  • Culture Development: Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with Tivoli's vision of luxury service and excellence.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, hotel policies, and industry standards.
  • Pre-Opening Coordination: Assist in the setup of HR systems, processes, and administrative tasks needed for a successful hotel launch.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a People & Culture or HR management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience in pre-opening HR projects, including recruitment, training, and team-building. Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and hospitality operations.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
