Functional Lead Role Summary

  • The Functional Lead will be responsible for establishing and maintaining best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Collaboration with various business units, including Retail, Corporate, and Islamic Banking, as well as IT and operations teams, is crucial to identify goals and objectives related to CRM.
  • The successful candidate will oversee process reimagination by Business Analysts to ensure alignment with the bank's strategic goals and industry best practices.
  • Responsibilities also include overseeing the creation of detailed functional requirements and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • In addition, the Functional Lead will assist in troubleshooting issues during implementation, providing insights into functional requirements and business processes.
  • Close collaboration with the technical lead is necessary to ensure correct understanding and implementation of functional requirements.
  • The role involves overseeing CRM system configuration to ensure alignment with documented business requirements and processes.
  • The Functional Lead will act as the primary contact between business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and the technical team from the SI partner, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
  • Implementing changes and overseeing the deployment of new processes, ensuring effective integration into the bank's operations, is a key responsibility.

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on CRM integration and business process analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
