Job Title: Functional Lead

Contract Type: One Year Extendable

  • Deep understanding of business processes and their CRM integration, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and convert them into functional specifications. Requires 8+ years of experience.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Corporate, and Islamic Banking business units, along with IT and operations, to identify goals and objectives related to CRM.
  • Oversee process reimagination by Business Analysts to ensure alignment with the bank's strategic goals and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed functional requirements and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues during implementation, providing insights into functional requirements and business processes.
  • Work closely with the technical lead to ensure correct understanding and implementation of functional requirements.
  • Oversee CRM system configuration to ensure alignment with documented business requirements and processes.
  • Act as the primary contact between business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and the technical team from the SI partner, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
  • Implement changes and oversee the deployment of new processes, ensuring effective integration into the bank's operations.
