**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Recooty. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our company.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing finances for Omani construction companies and possess Indian nationality.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Approving Invoices: Ensure that all invoices are properly approved and coded in the general ledger.
  2. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and balance cash flows into and out of the business to meet obligations and optimize investment.
  3. Audit Liaison: Coordinate with external financial, compliance, and tax auditors.
  4. Internal Controls: Develop and monitor company policies and internal controls to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud.
  5. Budgeting: Assist or fully create the budget, incorporating historical data.
  6. Debt Management: Administer loan agreements for company borrowings and collect moneys owed to the company from customers.
  7. Financial Strategy: Develop financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local law, tax provisions, and relevant industry and financial regulations.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Provide financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.
  10. Cost Savings: Identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
  11. Leadership: Mentor and manage accounting and financial staff.
  12. Payroll: Handle payroll processing and labor tax compliance.
  13. External Reporting: Prepare company tax and financial statements, including public filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
  14. Banking: Establish bank accounts and manage banking relationships.
  15. Stakeholder Management: Advise company managers on operations activities based on knowledge of the underlying business.

The salary range for this position is between 600 OMR and 700 OMR.
