Job Summary

As a Senior Manager in our Corporate Tax team, you will play a key role in helping clients meet their tax obligations and managing the impact of tax on their business. You will advise clients on their local and overseas tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis, working capital management, and profit sharing for partners.

Our team works closely with clients to improve their tax function and control risk. As a Senior Manager, you will focus on helping businesses develop tax strategies, ensuring tax compliance, increasing post-tax profits, and providing application support to achieve best corporate tax practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with diverse teams, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to have a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as experience with financial planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to help clients minimize their tax liabilities
  • Advise clients on tax planning and compliance matters
  • Manage complex tax projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and apply this knowledge to client engagements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g. CPA, CFA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting or industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
