Job Description

As a senior facilities management professional, you will oversee the delivery and performance of all hard and soft services within the project.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract specifications, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include overseeing technical operations (MEP, HVAC, fire systems), support services (cleaning, security, landscaping), and developing and enforcing SOPs for all service areas.

Additionally, you will lead inspections, audits, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and respond promptly to emergencies.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field and minimum 8+ years of experience managing hard/soft FM services in large-scale or complex properties.
