Job Title: Cost Control Specialist
">- Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed checks on daily food & beverage purchases and prices of other operating supplies.
- Investigate quantity and price differences, and report unresolved discrepancies to the Materials Manager/Purchasing Manager and/or Controller.
- Update and distribute purchase price comparisons and sales statistics as required.
- Complete and distribute cost and sales potential reports as requested by management.
- Provide timely month-end accounting information with pertinent observations.
- Generate Food & Beverage Cost Outlet-wise reports for management.
- Carry out any reasonable tasks requested by management.
- Ensure adherence to company, hotel, and statutory rules, regulations, and policies at all times.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Three years of hotel accounting or internal audit experience.
- One year in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
