Job Title: Cost Control Specialist

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Perform detailed checks on daily food & beverage purchases and prices of other operating supplies.
  2. Investigate quantity and price differences, and report unresolved discrepancies to the Materials Manager/Purchasing Manager and/or Controller.
  3. Update and distribute purchase price comparisons and sales statistics as required.
  4. Complete and distribute cost and sales potential reports as requested by management.
  5. Provide timely month-end accounting information with pertinent observations.
  6. Generate Food & Beverage Cost Outlet-wise reports for management.
  7. Carry out any reasonable tasks requested by management.
  8. Ensure adherence to company, hotel, and statutory rules, regulations, and policies at all times.
  9. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
  • Three years of hotel accounting or internal audit experience.
  • One year in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
