**Sales Role Overview:**

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to manage relationships with customers and provide solutions to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage potential customers by explaining the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints to inform business decisions and improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A highly motivated and active individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • A diploma in IT or business administration is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Fluency in English (IELTS certification is an advantage).
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Experience in software sales or customer service is an asset.
