Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly mine plans based on the overall production schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing mine plans to meet production targets
  • Supervising drilling, blasting, excavation, hauling, and ore stockpiling activities
  • Ensuring proper implementation of grade control and coordinating with geologists and survey teams
  • Enforcing strict adherence to HSE regulations and ensuring best practices are followed

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations
  • Proficiency in Surpac and MineSched software is mandatory
