About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for sales individuals to join a pioneering organization in ductile casting business in GCC, boasting an annual production capacity of over 16,000 MT of castings for various applications.

As a sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting new customers to expand market share in Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals, building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure industry.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of manhole covers, engineering castings, and related products, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and contract finalizations.

Additionally, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress, providing weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager, is a critical aspect of this role.

  • 4 to 6 years of proven sales experience in the Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar, specifically within the manhole covers and engineering casting products industry
  • Strong network and established relationships in the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors
  • Valid UAE driving license

A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field would be beneficial, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
