Job Title: CAFM System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CAFM system integration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for defining, configuring, and testing the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to support the operational readiness of our Oman Cultural Complex.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with our ICT, MEP, and OEM teams to integrate BMS, IoT, and energy metering systems with the CAFM platform.
  • You will ensure seamless integration and coordination between different technical documentation, protocols, and data formats.
  • You will design and implement helpdesk protocols, asset data structures, and digital handover readiness for FM go-live.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and configure CAFM system workflows for work order management, asset tagging and tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, breakdown, corrective, SLA, and KPI tracking.
  • Capture and analyze data from various sources and perform complex queries to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to communicate project status and progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field, with a focus on CAFM/BMS/IoT systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CAFM systems configuration and integration in large-scale FM or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with BMS, IoT, and metering protocols, as well as strong technical understanding of CAFM platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in software development tools, such as programming languages, databases, and version control systems.
