Business Development Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company's presence in the motor sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the motor industry.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CLIENTS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND INDUSTRY INFLUENCERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Manage customer relationships and arrange meetings with potential clients.
  5. Handle the Braxtone Club Program and expand service provider network.
  6. Collect funds from service providers and assist in managing them.
  7. Conduct market research and analyze collected data to inform business decisions.
  8. Source new product suppliers and promote company offerings.
  9. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and suppliers.
  10. Assist with digital media advertising campaigns and organize events to boost sales and brand awareness.
  11. Market and secure new accounts for RSA program.
  12. Establish relationships with key industry players and represent the company at industry events.
  13. Identify potential partnerships and joint ventures to broaden market reach.
  14. Perform market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  15. Prepare reports on business development, sales performance, and industry insights.

For this role, we require a strong background in business development or sales within the motor or automotive sector. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or related fields is also necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities are also essential. Goal-oriented, self-motivated individuals with a track record of achieving targets are encouraged to apply. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the motor or automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the motor industry and current trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with a track record of achieving targets.
