This is an exciting opportunity to work with international students and guide them in achieving their academic goals. As an Education Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on study opportunities and local education systems, helping students navigate the complex process of choosing the right institution.

With your excellent communication skills and passion for delivering outstanding service, you will be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and institution representatives. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and think critically will enable you to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Counsel prospective students to identify suitable study options, including courses and institutions.
  • Schedule and conduct phone discussions and office meetings to convey course information and meet each student's needs.
  • Assist students in determining an appropriate shortlist of applications to submit, ensuring effective use of counselling time.
  • Support students through the admissions, visa, and pre-departure processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Experience in sales-driven environments with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of education institutions, admission processes, and immigration requirements.
