IT Portfolio Strategist- Muscat, Oman - 3000-3900 OMR P/M

A leading oil company in Oman is seeking an Information Management and Technology expert. This role focuses on driving business alignment through innovation and improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical expertise and advice to support and enhance the effectiveness of business IM&T activities or operations.
  2. To ensure the development and maintenance of integrated strategic IM&T portfolio roadmaps and drive changes to achieve goals.
  3. To identify business needs and determine solutions, engaging with the IM&T organisation throughout the asset life cycle.
This role does not have direct subordinates and reports into a Team Lead, who reports into the Head of Business Alignment. Day-to-day interactions involve Business Users, IM&T Business Analysts, IM&T Team Leaders, IM&T Staff, Global Portfolio Leads/Planners; and all Portfolio related services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
§ Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
§ Strong technical skills and knowledge of IM&T systems and tools.
§ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
