Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Director to lead our outdoor advertising sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop sales plans, and execute sales strategies.
Sales Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, enhance skills, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to sales team members to ensure they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to succeed.
