Sales Director

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities within their specific area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring comprehensive coverage of the portfolio, engaging with client management to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
  • Executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Establishing parameters, quoting, and negotiating prices with customers for transient and group business related to properties.

Responsibilities Continued:

  • Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in account management system upkeep.
  • Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in governmental sales and hospitality is essential.
  • Local experience and proficiency in Arabic are preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems.
