This role provides administrative support to the Finance Department, focusing on tasks such as financial document management, report preparation, and analytical support.
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial documents and records.
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports by compiling and organizing data.
- Verifying accuracy and updating financial records regularly.
- Communicating with suppliers and resolving financial inquiries.
- Gathering data for budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital/web services and travel systems.
- Excellent language skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently and provide quick administrative solutions.
