Administrative Financial Assistant

This role involves providing administrative support to the Finance Department, focusing on tasks such as financial document management, reporting, and analytical support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial documents.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports by compiling and organizing data.
  • Verifying accuracy and updating financial records regularly.
  • Communicating with suppliers and resolving financial inquiries.
  • Gathering data for budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Creating an electronic filing system to store financial documents.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital/web services and travel systems.
  • Excellent language skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently and provide quick administrative solutions.
