Responsibilities include:
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial documents.
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports by compiling and organizing data.
- Verifying accuracy and updating financial records regularly.
- Communicating with suppliers and resolving financial inquiries.
- Gathering data for budget preparation and expense monitoring.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Creating an electronic filing system to store financial documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
- Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital/web services and travel systems.
- Excellent language skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently and provide quick administrative solutions.
