Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Alila Hinu Bay. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers in a friendly, tactful, and professional manner.
  2. Provide information regarding hotel facilities and services.
  3. Maintain a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel's grooming standards.
  4. Be flexible and open to change in job responsibilities, work area, and/or roster to meet business needs.
  5. Understand and implement emergency procedures such as bomb threats, floods, and fires.

Technical Expertise:

Food & Beverages Service

  1. Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide excellent service standards.
  2. Handle guest billing duties accurately and efficiently.
  3. Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed according to established standards.

Education and Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred, along with 2-4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage Department within a hotel.
  • Excellent communication and language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Multiple language abilities, particularly Arabic, are considered an advantage.
