
Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Alila Hinu Bay. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers in a friendly, tactful, and professional manner.
- Provide information regarding hotel facilities and services.
- Maintain a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel's grooming standards.
- Be flexible and open to change in job responsibilities, work area, and/or roster to meet business needs.
- Understand and implement emergency procedures such as bomb threats, floods, and fires.
Technical Expertise:
Food & Beverages Service
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and provide excellent service standards.
- Handle guest billing duties accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed according to established standards.
Education and Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in hospitality is preferred, along with 2-4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage Department within a hotel.
- Excellent communication and language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Multiple language abilities, particularly Arabic, are considered an advantage.
