**Marketing Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, and overseeing the development and management of marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Manage the marketing team, guiding members to complete promotional campaigns and projects.
  • Oversee the development and management of marketing channels to ensure advertising effectiveness and ROI.
  • Analyze market data and trends to formulate marketing plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to drive product sales and brand promotion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/brand management; team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels and strategies, strong market insight, and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, team management, and project management skills.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and business acumen.
