Job Opportunity

As a Branch Operations Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our Oman office. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities and implementing strategies to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct daily operations in Oman.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oman and North Africa.
  • Oversee talent placement and ensure high-level client satisfaction.
Business Development:
  • Develop revenue growth strategies for Oman and North Africa.
  • Cultivate new clients through cold calling and meetings.
  • Establish contacts with key industry players in Oman and North Africa.
  • Generate new accounts and manage existing relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience at senior level in Oil & Gas Recruitment/Manpower Supply.
  • 5 years Business Development experience in Middle East and North Africa.
  • Strong industry connections in Oman/North Africa.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and communicating effectively with executive-level personnel.
  • Recognized academic qualification (University Degree).
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional client relationship skills.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient English language skills.
  • Valid driving license required.
  • Clearance from current employer necessary.
