Site Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Engineer to lead our construction projects in Oman. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of on-site experience, strong technical knowledge, and expertise in civil engineering software.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and BOQs for accuracy.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Oman construction laws & safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's is a plus).
- 5+ years of site engineering experience (GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and QA/QC processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and GIS data.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
