Job Description:

The primary objective of the Dining Hostess is to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and satisfying dining experience for guests. This involves taking orders, serving food and beverages in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and hygienic dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Present menus, take accurate orders, and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to service standards.
  • Check on guests during meals, addressing any concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Set up and clean tables, ensuring the dining area remains tidy at all times.
  • Assist in restaurant preparation and closing, including restocking, cleaning, and organization.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene procedures as per company standards.
  • Promote menu items and upsell when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team for seamless service delivery.
  • Process guest bills and handle payments accurately.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
  • A positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional grooming are required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
