
Strategic Telecom Product Lead

Drive Innovation
">As a Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform's roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape a product that empowers both operational teams and executive leadership.
">- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Identify market trends and customer insights, particularly in telecom and AI-driven solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
">You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories. You will also collaborate with telecom integration experts to ensure seamless connectivity with core network systems and OSS.
">- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and LLM capabilities (e.g., natural language querying, automated report generation, AI-based anomaly detection) into product features.
- Ensure AI-driven insights and recommendations are seamlessly embedded in the user experience.
Product Lifecycle Management
">You will manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement. You will prioritize feature development based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
">- Minimize clicks and maximize user focus.
Stakeholder Engagement
">You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including telecom operators and regulatory bodies. You will gather, analyze, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance.
">Market & Competitive Analysis
">You will conduct competitive analysis and market research to continuously enhance the product's value proposition. You will monitor performance metrics and adjust the product strategy accordingly.
">Experience
">You will have 7-10+ years of product management experience in tech/software products, preferably within telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries.
">- Proven track record of managing products that incorporate AI/ML capabilities.
Industry Knowledge
">You will have a strong understanding of telecom network dynamics, real-time data processing, and performance metrics.
">- Familiarity with regulatory environments and compliance in highly regulated industries is a plus.
Skills
">You will need exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. You will be able to translate complex technical and business requirements into a clear, compelling product vision.
">- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- A keen eye for UX and data visualization is advantageous.
