Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ICT Leader to join our team. As the head of ICT, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of corporate ICT & Smart city key initiatives while maximizing opportunities for growth.

You will oversee the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring optimal performance of ICT & Smart city infrastructure, applications, and services.

Key Accountabilities
  • Monetizing Fiber network across the country by leading and managing service delivery of ICT & smart city projects.
  • Develop and implement the overall ICT & smart city strategy to support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage ICT & smart city infrastructure, applications, and services for optimal performance.
  • Oversee budget and financial planning for ICT & smart city projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field;
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in telecommunications or related experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of smart city concepts and significant experience in ICT applications.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders in a municipal or public sector environment.
