Loader Operator Position

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. The selected candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a loader to move materials around the job site, load and unload trucks, and perform routine maintenance on the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate loader with precision and attention to detail
  2. Load and unload materials from trucks with minimal downtime
  3. Maintain the loader's mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents
  5. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and achieve goals
  6. Monitor material inventory and report any discrepancies or damages
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery
  • Valid biometric passport for travel purposes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Previous experience working with construction materials is an asset
