Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our housekeeping team as Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team, ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including public areas, villas, guestrooms, and back-of-the-house areas.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities based on their ability and providing necessary authority and resources.
  • Communicate the hotel's vision and brand personality to the team and ensure it is integrated into daily operations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability while maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
