Real Estate Sales Professional

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, showcasing properties, and guiding clients through every step of the real estate transaction process.

The daily tasks include conducting property tours, preparing sales documents, negotiating deals, and providing expert advice on market conditions. A proactive approach to meeting sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Showcase properties and guide clients through the transaction process
  • Conduct property tours and prepare sales documents
  • Negotiate deals and provide expert advice on market conditions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Service and Real Property skills
  • Experience in Real Estate and Sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Oman
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities

The Real Estate Sales professional will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. They will showcase properties that match the client's requirements and negotiate deals that benefit both parties.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with clients. The Real Estate Sales professional will need to communicate effectively, listen actively, and respond promptly to client inquiries.

The job also requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market. The Real Estate Sales professional will need to stay up-to-date with market trends, developments, and changes in regulations.
