The Cambridge Academic and Assessment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in leading the school's assessment strategy, fostering academic excellence, and ensuring data-driven decision making. This position reports directly to the Principal and requires a strong understanding of Cambridge assessments and curriculum implementation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • As the school's Cambridge Exams Officer, this individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal and external exams, including Term Exams, Progression Tests, Checkpoints, CEM, IGCSE, A/AS Levels, and Mock Exams.
  • Key duties include analyzing and reporting on assessment data, providing actionable insights to inform teaching practices and drive student success.
  • This role also involves promoting a deep understanding of the Cambridge Curriculum among teachers, fostering a culture of academic excellence within the school community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A teaching credential or license is essential for this position.
Additional Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education is highly desirable.
  • A teaching license is mandatory for this role.
  • Candidates must be native English speakers or possess a minimum IELTS Academic score of 7.0.
  • At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience are required for this position.
