Mathematics Tutor for Class 10 Students

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mathematics tutor to provide high-quality online lessons to Class 10 students preparing for the CBSE Board Exam.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions to Class 10 students, focusing on individual student needs and the CBSE Board Exam syllabus.
  • Create structured learning plans and customize lessons based on individual student requirements.
  • Teach and explain mathematics concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring student comprehension and progress.
  • Use various teaching techniques, resources, and tools to make lessons interactive and engaging for students.
  • Help students practice and apply mathematical concepts through problem-solving exercises, assignments, and practice tests.
  • Identify areas of weakness or gaps in student knowledge and provide targeted remedial instruction to bridge these gaps.
  • Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student attendance, and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Class 10 mathematics concepts, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics.
  • In-depth knowledge of the CBSE Board Exam syllabus and examination pattern.
  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics to Class 10 students, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital resources for delivering online lessons.
  • Patience, empathy, and adaptability to suit different learning styles and abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver effective tutoring sessions.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Teaching certification or relevant tutoring qualifications.
  • Prior experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics at the Class 10 level, with familiarity with the CBSE Board Exam and its requirements.
