Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:">
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive environmental sustainability strategy aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.">
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes that reduce our environmental footprint.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into all aspects of our business.">

    • Techincal Advisory:">
    • Analyze and report on environmental performance metrics, including greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, and waste management.">
    • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on environmental best practices.">
    • Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop recommendations for improvement.">
      • ">
      • Integration and Business Alignment:">
      • Work with finance, procurement, and operations teams to embed environmental considerations into our capital allocation, supply chain, and risk frameworks.">
      • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.">
        • ">
        • Digital Enablement and Data Intelligence:">
        • Design and implement data systems to track and analyze environmental performance metrics.">
        • Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.">
          • ">
          • Reporting, Disclosure, and Benchmarking:">
          • Prepare and submit environmental reports and disclosures to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.">
          • Monitor and improve our environmental performance through benchmarking and gap analysis.">

            • Capability Building and Knowledge Transfer:">
            • Develop and deliver training programs to build employee knowledge and skills in environmental sustainability.">
            • Promote cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge sharing on environmental best practices.">

              • Stakeholder Engagement and External Representation:">
              • Represent our organization in external forums and discussions related to environmental sustainability.">
              • Foster partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to advance our environmental sustainability goals.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in environmental sustainability.">
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing environmental sustainability strategies.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with environmental modeling and forecasting tools.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
