A Server in our establishment will be responsible for carrying out all required operational tasks and duties in the outlet under the guidance of the respective managers and supervisors. The objective is to serve food and beverage in a timely manner and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To have a good understanding of the outlet's concept and food and beverage offerings, enabling verbal explanation to guests.
  2. To maintain mise en place shift to shift and during service, ensuring an efficient service.
  3. To operate the required steps on the POS system, processing food and beverage orders.
  4. To deliver service by understanding guest requirements.
  5. To carry out all tasks in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner.
  6. To upsell services and products to guests at all times, enhancing service and generating increased revenue.
  7. To process MOHG Gift cards and other non-cash methods of payment.
  8. To perform any tasks relating to billing according to hotel standards and cashiering policies.
  9. To present dishes in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications.
  10. To conserve outlet equipment and utensils in good condition through proper handling and side duties as assigned.
  11. To assist in picking up stocks, including linen, beverage, dried goods, and arrange them accordingly.
  12. To ensure product knowledge is up-to-date.
  13. To inform management and kitchen colleagues of any special guest preferences or allergies.
  14. To support other outlets as assigned by the Restaurant/Outlet Manager.
  15. To communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors to avoid misunderstandings.
  16. To be a team player and cooperate with colleagues in operational tasks.
  17. To observe guest needs and expectations and consistently delight and satisfy every guest.
  18. To create WOW moments to surprise and delight guests in the Restaurants through gestures and actions.
  19. To ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to the MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs), the MOHG Pillars, and the respective service standards of MOQA.
