Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure repeat and referral business through exceptional client management.

  • Cultivate relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure timely delivery, setup, and recovery of events.

  • Negotiate vendor quotations to meet client needs while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Research and recommend event technologies and solutions that enhance the overall experience.

  • Prepare comprehensive proposals to gain client acceptance and approval.

  • Monitor and follow up on client payment schedules to maintain a positive working relationship.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum 3 years' experience in event coordination, event management, or corporate events.

  • Strong skills in vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management software is an asset.

  • The ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing event requirements.

  • Current residence in Oman is required for this position.
