About the Role:

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the management of operational costs and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze daily operational expenditures to identify variances and trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to track and manage departmental budgets effectively.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory control processes to minimize losses and waste.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to optimize resource allocation.
  • Implement procedures for efficient inventory use and storage.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of expenses, adhering to accounting standards.
  • Generate regular cost reports and analysis for senior management review.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies related to cost control.
  • Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
  • Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Monitor vendor performance and contract adherence.
  • Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Provide guidance and training to colleagues on cost control best practices.
  • Communicate cost control objectives and strategies to relevant departments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
