Job Summary

The QA/QC Inspector / Blasting and Painting Supervisor will oversee the efficient execution of blasting and painting operations.

  • Foster a team-oriented environment and provide coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring daily tasks are assigned and progress is monitored to meet project deadlines.

Safety and Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits to mitigate risks.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all blasting and painting work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct inspections of work completed and perform quality control checks on surface preparation and coating applications.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of blasting and painting equipment. Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety regulations and operational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience in Oil and gas industry
  • BGAS - 2/ NACE 2 certification
