Investment Analyst

Job Description

The Investment Analyst supports the organization's investment operations in local and international investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, providing technical expertise and advice to support due diligence processes, developing financial models and conducting valuations to support investment decision-making.

Maintaining up-to-date records and reports on specific investment opportunities and market trends, supporting the creation and implementation of investment strategies and policies in a specific area of expertise, collaborating with other team members to prepare investment proposals and presentations.

Supporting the coordination of external due diligence support and legal documentation related to specific investments, monitoring and reporting on KPIs related to specific investments or portfolio performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BSc degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field
  • Advanced MS Office experience, particularly practical experience in Excel modelling
  • 0-5 years of experience in a similar role

Key Skills and Competencies: Understanding of M&A process and principles, understanding of Business Planning principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
