Main Responsibilities

The Head of Dispute Resolution will be responsible for leading the Claims Management Team in the overall claims management process, including:

  • Evaluating incoming claims, analyzing documentation, and assessing their validity and impact on supply chain operations.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into the root causes of claims to identify trends and patterns, providing insights for process improvements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for the timely and effective resolution of claims, minimizing financial losses and operational disruptions.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years proven experience in claim management, preferably within the context of integrated supply chain operations in oil and gas sectors. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with excellent leadership skills, ability to operate effectively in diverse cultural environments, and a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions in claim management practices.
