Business Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operation Executive to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency in the real estate sector. This pivotal role will optimize sales processes, manage data and performance metrics, and ensure seamless communication between sales teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Operations Management: Oversee sales operations to support the real estate team in achieving sales targets.
  2. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze sales data to provide actionable recommendations for improved performance.
  3. Sales Process Improvement: Streamline sales processes to facilitate a faster and more effective sales cycle.
  4. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  5. Performance Reporting: Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics to management and the sales team.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, creating presentations, and organizing meetings.
Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  4. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
