Sales Development Role Overview

  • Drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with channel partners in the IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a skilled and results-driven Channel Sales Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for establishing new channel partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, and staying ahead of the competition.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to meet sales targets in partnership with channel partners
  • Collaborating with sub-dealers to address complex commercial and technical challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to sales teams within channel partners
  • Maintaining regular contact with partner organizations to ensure alignment and progress toward shared goals
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on sales performance metrics within channel partners
  • Driving sales and revenue growth to meet or exceed targets set by senior management
  • Developing and delivering persuasive sales pitches to secure new business deals
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Continuously enhancing job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities, industry publications, and professional networks

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry and a deep understanding of the channel market
  • Excellent sales skills, including active listening, tailored presentation abilities, and a persistent, proactive approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to drive business results, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets under pressure
  • Ability to motivate and lead support teams, with a focus on driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with channel partners
  • Valid driving license
