Job Title: Guest Experience Associate

Job Summary:

The Guest Experience Associate is a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

  • Provides reception services to guests, including check-in, check-out, and resolving any guest queries or issues.
  • Ensures efficient operation of the front office team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Develops strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
  • Stays up-to-date on hotel information, room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and general product knowledge to effectively address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maximizes room occupancy by utilizing upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Complies with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest requests and concerns, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate processing of guest transactions, maintaining high standards of cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting colleagues and fostering open communication.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Calm, efficient, and organized, with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Competent level of IT proficiency, with familiarity with property management systems and other relevant software.

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cash handling and front office operations is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
