Immerse yourself in a world of luxury and sophistication as a Front Office Agent at a renowned hotel. Your role will be the cultural face of the hotel, reflecting local pride and warmth while providing exceptional service to guests.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and check in guests promptly, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  2. Anticipate and meet the needs of our discerning guests, responding to their requests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  3. Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest services, including coordination with Concierge, Housekeeping, PBX, Reservations, and Room Service.
  5. Develop a strong knowledge of hotel outlets and services, enabling you to tailor your recommendations to suit each guest's preferences.
  6. Ensure that every guest departure is accompanied by a positive experience, meeting MOHG standards and service expectations.
  7. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a culture of teamwork.
  8. Handle correspondence, prepare arrival and in-house guest buckets, and manage guest invoices with ease and efficiency.
