Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Source and select suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.

• Monitor market trends and product availability to optimize purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role for a minimum of 4 years.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
