The Food & Beverage Supervisor – Arabic Restaurant assists in managing daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences in the Arabic restaurant. This role requires knowledge of Arabic hospitality standards and cuisine to lead and support the service team effectively.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service in the Arabic restaurant.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of Arabic hospitality and guest service.
  • Ensure that all guests receive attentive, culturally respectful, and timely service aligned with Arabic dining customs.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation according to brand and cultural standards.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations (including HACCP).
  • Support inventory management, stock control, and requisition of supplies.
  • Implement promotions, upselling techniques, and special event preparations.
  • Maintain records of daily sales, service issues, and staff performance.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and uphold grooming and uniform standards.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in food and beverage service, including supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with Arabic cuisine, dining customs, and hospitality culture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
